We believe in our products and want to give you peace of mind. That’s why all physical goods come with a two-year warranty, which protects against any manufacturing or material faults that might occur during use.
Camera equipment can pick up more than its fair share of knocks and so after the two-year period has passed, if you have a problem with one of our products, at any time, regardless of the reason, get in touch and we’ll arrange for it to be repaired or replaced.
We're committed to providing excellent service at all times. We don't believe in charging people for our time, so that's why there may be a small charge involved but it will only ever go towards the cost of work done on your repair - we think that’s pretty fair!
